Aged (Shelf) Corporations & LLCs
If obtaining an established (aged) corporation is important to you, NCH has a limited number of previously formed, unused corporations. Aged corporations come with all the features of our classic corporation and are guaranteed to be clear of any debts or liabilities. You may need an aged corporation for any number of reasons including, corporate image, building corporate credit, establishing a history or obtaining bank loans and credit cards.

Nevada Corporate Conference Center
The NCH facilities are fully equipped to handle your meetings, seminars, or any gathering in a state of the art conference room fully equipped with the latest in presentation technology equipment. (Catering services and valet for your event can be provided at your request.)

Foreign Documentation
An out-of-state (foreign) corporation must register their Nevada corporation within the state in which they wish to, or are actually, "doing business". The application documents provided to you by NCH is the first step in the foreign filing process of your Nevada entity.

Certificate of Good Standing
If required, this certificate shows your home state that your Nevada Corporation is in good standing with the Secretary of State for Nevada. This certificate allows for the filing of foreign documents.
