Stephen A. Bowers, Esq.
Stephen grew up in a large farming family in southern Indiana and graduated from Indiana University in 1972 with a Bachelor in Fine Arts. He eventually married his childhood sweetheart and has two sons. For the next fifteen years Steve utilized his design training and interest in architecture in the construction industry, until 1986, when he managed a construction project at Loyola Law School. While managing the Loyola Law School project, Stephen was encouraged by one of the Deans to consider becoming a lawyer and in 1990 Steve graduated from Pepperdine Law School.
Stephen’s practice has taken him into the areas of Construction Defect, Insurance Defense, Family Law, Personal Injury, Probate, Family Law, Business Litigation, and Criminal Defense. One of Stephen’s favorite law school subjects was Wills and Trusts. Since entering practice, Stephen has seen a tremendous need for Estate and tax deferred planning via structuring of individual and business entities as well as inheritance tax planning. Stephen is licensed to practice law in California and Nevada.
Anna L. Halaburda, CPA - Little Bear Consulting, Inc.
Anna has been a CPA for over twenty five years and has practiced in New Jersey, Florida and Colorado. Anna has worked with clients in many areas of business from agriculture to software development and everything in between. Her skills have taken her from a sole practioner, to a partner in a multi office firm to a CFO of a publically traded international software development company. Anna’s clients have long benefited from her international tax and structuring experience as well as well as her “exit strategy” approach to business, personal and estate planning.Anna is a co-founder of Little Bear Consulting, Inc. located in Denver Colorado where she offers a variety of business consulting services including Smart Structuring, asset protection, tax compliance for international business activities and multi owner business and estate planning.
Anna has a Bachelors of Science degree from Monmouth University, earned her Certified Financial Planner designation in 1987 and continues study in the tax, structuring and estate planning arenas.
